As part of the Forks and Corks weekend of wine, we are proud to feature Award Winning winemaker Merry Edwards. Taste her wines and learn from her as she shares her winemaking knowledge.

The Annual Sarasota Restaurant Week, also known as Savor Sarasota is about to start! June 2-14, 2013 we will be offering a delicious tasting menu of three courses for $29. We recommend you call soon for reservations because this has become a very popular event. Promoted by Visit Sarasota County, savor menu , we have watched this annual event grow in popularity. Roessler's Restaurant is booked for a PRIVATE WEDDING on June 1st, and we will be starting our menu Sunday, June 2, 2013

Roessler's Restaurant will be open for Easter Sunday, March 31 at 12:30 p.m. serving a delicious selection of entrees. From fresh seafood to our famously tender veal, Chef Klaus will be serving up the most popular items from our regular dinner menu. Plus, some extra holiday specials will be sure to make it on the menu. Roast Duck, Steak Diane, Filet Mignon, and much more offering a nice selection for the whole family. Call now for reservation!

Mark your calendars, Roessler's Restaurant will be closing again this year for a short summer vacation. We plan to do some summer cleaning and a little more remodeling. We hope you will stop in, when we reopen, to see all our wonderful changes.

Daily Delivery of the Hawaiian Butterfish has arrived via Fed Ex, we receive this Hawaiian local fish next day delivery. Fresh Caught and straight to your plate. Chef Klaus strives to use only the best and freshest ingredients in his recipes. This can sometimes cost a few extra dollars, but our belief has always been quality first. The Roessler Family has a true love for quality food coming from a long line of chefs and restauranteurs on both sides of the family tree. If we can not get the best we will not serve it. Come enjoy the fresh fish tonight because there are only two days left of the Savor Sarasota three course special featuring the Hawaiian Butterfish.

Today's delivery of Organic Scottish Salmon arrived on ice this morning. With careful precision the kitchen will skin and portion for tonight's Soy Ginger Glazed Salmon over Coconut Risotto finished with Mango Salsa.
